This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all JuJu Hosting services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on JuJu Hosting services:
Illegal Content & Activity
- Hosting content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Distribution of pirated software, media, or copyrighted material
- Child exploitation material (zero tolerance — reported to authorities)
- Fraud, phishing, or identity theft operations
Network Abuse
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Operating open mail relays or open proxies
- Launching DDoS attacks or port scanning
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Running cryptocurrency miners on shared hosting
Resource Abuse
- Using excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth that impacts other users
- Running background processes or daemons on shared hosting
- Using shared hosting for file storage or backup purposes only
- Hosting proxy or VPN services on shared plans
Harmful Content
- Distributing malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Hosting phishing pages or deceptive websites
- Content designed to harass, threaten, or defame
Enforcement
JuJu Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. For minor violations, we will attempt to notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Severe violations (malware, spam, illegal content) may result in immediate suspension without prior notice.
