1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using JuJu Hosting services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

JuJu Hosting provides web hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting, WordPress hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration, AI website builder tools, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

All hosting plans are billed according to the billing cycle selected at purchase. Promotional pricing applies to the initial term only; services renew at the regular rate. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Service Level Agreement

JuJu Hosting guarantees 99.9% network uptime. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA documentation. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from uptime calculations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: distributing malware, sending spam, hosting illegal content, engaging in phishing, or any activity that negatively impacts server performance for other users. 7. Data and Backups

While JuJu Hosting performs regular backups as described in your hosting plan, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

JuJu Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. JuJu Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
